Who we are
This portal is run by Monthlies Organics (“we”) so that clubs affiliated to Tennis Ireland can order free period products. Monthlies Organics and Tennis Ireland are joint controllers of the personal data collected here.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, email address, position in the club and club name: to process your club’s order and contact you about it.
- Delivery address: to deliver the order. This may be a home or work address if you chose to give one. It is used for delivery purposes only.
- Order details (number of units, date): to fulfil the order and to report to Tennis Ireland on the scheme.
- Marketing preference: only if you tick the optional box, so we can send you news and marketing information from Tennis Ireland and Monthlies Organics. We record when you gave this consent.
Our legal basis for processing the order is that it is necessary to carry out the order you have asked for (contract/legitimate interests in running the scheme). Our legal basis for marketing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it
Monthlies Organics (and the delivery and hosting providers we use to run this portal and ship orders) and Tennis Ireland, which receives your name, email, position, club, address and order quantity. We do not sell your data. We use your details for marketing only if you ticked the optional marketing box.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept only as long as needed to deliver the order and report on the scheme, then deleted after a period of 24 months. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, or to withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing jessie@monthliesorganics.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Cookies
This order form does not use cookies or analytics, and loads no third-party tracking or fonts.
